- I was born in Oakland, Calif. I servred aboard the USS Bon Homme Richard CVA-31 from 1968 to 1971. And did three cruises off of Vietnam. I was married to my wonderful Wife, Dalemarie, in 1969. We have two kids, Rocky and Patty. No Grandkids yet!
